After washing with your Norilum shampoo bar, ensure your hair is thoroughly wet.
Glide the conditioner bar directly down the mid-lengths to the ends of your hair.
For fine hair, avoid the roots to maintain maximum volume.
Use your fingers to comb through the creamy lather, ensuring even distribution.
Leave on for 2–3 minutes to allow the Biotin and Silk Protein to penetrate the hair shaft.
Rinse thoroughly with warm water.
Always store your bar on a well-draining dish, away from direct spray, to allow it to dry completely between uses.

Is this bar good for fine or thinning hair?
Yes! Biotin is a key nutrient for supporting keratin production, which helps strengthen fine strands. Because the bar is silicone-free and uses lightweight Jojoba oil, it provides strength and shine without weighing your hair down.

Will it make my hair feel "greasy"?
No. We use Organic Jojoba oil because it is the closest match to your skin’s natural oils. It absorbs beautifully into the hair, leaving it shiny and soft rather than oily.

Does it contain real silk?
We use Hydrolysed Silk Protein, which is prized in high-end haircare for its ability to bond to the hair’s keratin, providing a characteristic "silky" feel and improving hair strength.

Can I use this on colour-treated hair?
Absolutely. The protein and vitamins in this bar are excellent for restoring the structural integrity of hair that has been weakened by chemical treatments or dyes.

How does a solid bar stay fresh without preservatives?
Because our bars are waterless, they do not provide the environment needed for bacteria to grow. This allows us to avoid the harsh synthetic preservatives found in liquid conditioners.

How long will one bar last?
On average, one bar lasts between 60 to 80 washes, depending on your hair length and how well you keep the bar dry between uses.

Is the fragrance natural?
Yes. We never use synthetic "Parfum." The beautiful scent comes exclusively from pure Neroli and Bergamot essential oils.
